It no secret that a sedentary lifestyle is unfavourable for your health. The back hurts, the shoulder and neck area are tense. Stress, hectic and a high workload can lead to obesity, cardiovascular problems, restlessness, sleep problems or irritability. All of this affects the mood and performance of the employees, which can lead to ineffectiveness and a high level of sick leave.
Business yoga provides you with a perfect balance to everyday work! Through mindful yoga, I support companies, organizations and authorities as well as their employees in organizing their everyday professional life in a sustainably healthy manner, increasing contentment at work. Business Yoga mobilises the body, increases our mindfulness and thus improves physical and mental well-being.
Business Yoga provides you with effective, yet easy exercises for a healthy back as well as a relaxed shoulder-neck area. Breathing and mindfulness exercises help us reach mental clarity and relaxation; we get more energy as well as improved concentration. Since 2012 I have been teaching business yoga with a lot commitment in German, English or Norwegian in authorities, the private sector and in social institutions. You can read more about me here.
During my 20 years of professional experience, I personally have learned that yoga is the ideal tool to stay physically healthy, to face the daily challenges of (work) life with serenity, to act consciously and deliberately as well as experience inner peace and clarity.
I offer different course concepts; e.g. short programs for the time before the working day starts or during lunch break and also longer units, e.g. for the time after the end of the working day. Another focus are yoga workshops on a healthy back in (home-)office, as well as seminars as part of health days or health weeks.
I teach both on-site and online via Zoom or Teams. Business Yoga can be practiced in normal work clothes directly at the workplace or in a dedicated exercise room. All courses are adapted to your specific in-house requirements and routines and I will provide you with competent, personal and individual support.
